Description

For the public authorities, the service is supplied according to the Government Regulation no. 546, of 20.07.2011.

This service allows access to the resources available on the Internet. In order to benefit from this service, it is necessary to be connected to the Telecommunications System of Public Administration Authorities (STAAP). STAAP network is interconnected with most national providers of telecommunication services. Depending on the client needs, Internet connection capacity can be up to 1 Gbps.Access to Internet resources hosted in Moldova providers ensure a default speed of 1 Gbps(shared).   

The network is built on optical communications which provides broadband communication, with the architecture of high reliability and redundancy. The network is constantly developing and expanding the coverage.

Application

Internet service is used for:

- access to resources available on the Internet;

- access from Internet to the Beneficiary services (web pages, web applications, email, DNS, etc.).

 

The service includes:

- A real IP address (if necessary, may be given more IP addresses); 

- Service support and incident management, at agreed level;  

- Report on the services level.

Additional information, as well as support in using the service can be obtained by calling the Client Support Service. When placing requests for support, it is necessary to indicate the "Internet" service code.

 

Service price

This service can be provided from the State Budget for public authorities and their subdivisions according to the list given in the Government Regulation no. 840 of 26 July 2004. GOVERNMENT INTRANET

 

The full name

Protected information exchange services for public authorities, as well as access to state information systems and resources.

 

Description

The service is provided according to Government Regulation no. 546 of 20.07.2011.

Government Intranet service assures communication between public authorities through the telecommunication system of public administration authorities (STAAP). For beneficiaries, STAAP assures integrated security. The communication between any two parties is encrypted. Communication between two public authorities connected to STAAP is possible only if this is explicitly allowed under the consent of the authority that initiated the communication.

The exchange of information within STAAP is realized on the basis of telecommunication network managed by CST that provides broadband communication up to 1000 Mbps. The network has an architecture stand high reliability and a high level of redundancy. The network is constantly developing and expanding the coverage.

Application

 Secured data transport services of CST are used for:

- Providing access to telecommunication and information systems of public authorities to other public authorities;

- When sending correspondence and ensuring the flow of electronic information between state institutions;

- Providing information systems and resources and access to third parties;

- Providing broadband communications between geographically dispersed Services of public authorities;

- Ensure communication between different public authorities connected to STAAP, including network access services to them.

 

The service includes:

- Connection of the beneficiary’s Services to STAAP (optical or Ethernet connection);

- Configuring network access rules for the beneficiary (eg: between Services, between different public authorities);

- Providing secure access to information resources of public authorities in the areas of responsibility of CTS;

- Support for using the service and incident management, as agreed level;

- Encrypting and securing traffic with special means;

- Other activities and services which fall under GD 546 of 20.07.2011;

- Report on the Service Level.

The order of performance

Government Intranet service is provided on basis of bilateral contract with public authorities. To qualify for Government Intranet service, public authority is to contact Sales Service.  The public authority shall communicate its needs and the CST will determine if those needs can be met through Government Intranet service (fully or partially).

 

Support in the use of services

Additional information and support in using the service can be obtained by calling the Customer Support Service or Sales Service. When placing requests for support, it is necessary to indicate the service code as "STAAP".

 

Price service

This service can be provided from the state budget to public authorities and their subdivisions according to the list given in the Government Decision 840 of 26 July 2004. To find out if your institution meets the criteria set by the Government in this regard, please contact our Sales Service.
