Services of secured access to network government.

Description

If the public authority does not have the technical ability to be connected to telecommunication system of public administration authorities, but officials are requiring access to resources available within STAAP (eg departments of State Information Resource Center SOE records), this can be provided through the service of secured network access government.

SE CST will provide the necessary application software installation and configuration on the workstation of civil servant. This Software allows secured connection and access to resources available within STAAP.

Public authorities, state institutions, enterprises in the real sector.

 

Application

The services of secured access to governmental network are used for:

- Accessing resources available within STAAP, in case if the public authority is not connected to STAAP;

 

The service includes:

- Issue of digital certificates required for network authentication;

- Installing and configuring the software application on civil servants’ workstation;

- Providing access to STAAP and configuring access to the resources available within STAAP;

- Support in the use and management of incidents, according to agreed levels.

Additional information, as well as support in using the service can be obtained by calling the Customer Support Service. When placing requests for support, it is necessary to indicate the service code as "STAAP VPN".
