Description

The service is intended for public authorities, state institutions, enterprises in the real sector. CST offers space and special conditions inside the data center to host CST IT equipment. Service infrastructure is based on a next-generation Data Center, based on advanced technologies. Infrastructure integrates a high level of reliability, scalability and security. Data Center of SE "Center of Special Telecommunications" is designed to provide a safe and high-class application hosting, servers and telecommunications equipment of public administration. Collocation services can be used to provide web services to protect critical information, data back-up, or as the main site for telecommunication systems of public administration. This infrastructure can be used in a flexible and scalable way, which may change when required.

IT equipment collocation services allow beneficiaries to receive special conditions for hosting its IT equipment.

Application

  Collocation services are used for virtualized environments for:

- Location of IT equipment in compliance with special conditions;

- Organization of development or test environments within implementation of information systems projects;

- Ensuring the recovery platform for key information systems of the beneficiary.

 

The service includes:

- Power electric from four independent power sources;

- Climate Systems and conditioning at the highest level (constant temperature and air humidity);

- Detection and fire fighting;

- Technical floor;

- Seismic Protection;                                                                                                                                        

- Physical Security;

- Security Information;

- Management Center;

- Remote Support;

- Cabinet (Rack) and structured cabling;

- Connectivity

99,8% monthly. CST reserves the right to perform maintenance activities in non-working days in the period 18:00 to 7:00 on weekdays. This period is not taken into account in the measurement of availability.

The order of performance

Collocation services are offered on a contract basis. Attachment to the contract is the service level agreement.

Additional information and support in using Collocation services can be obtained by calling the Customer Support Service. When placing requests for support, it is necessary to indicate the service code as a "collocation".
